4:30pm Mental Meditation, our version of a meditation is grounding breath work combined with light movement and mindful visualization that will guide you to reach your peak mental state

6pm Happy Hour @ the Mess Hall

6:30pm Wood fired pizza welcome dinner and bonfire (s’more included!)

9pm Harvest Moon Gathering @ Low House, full moons are the perfect time for letting go of what no longer serves you and reconnecting with your intention. As we move towards the new season we invite you to meditate, journal, and dance your way into the Autumn. The evening will include a guided meditation, journaling practice, and reiki. We will end the night with a dance party in true Mental fashion.

9am Light breakfast & coffee

10am Mental Movement, a bodyweight, high intensity interval workout that weaves in presence techniques and ends with a centering, guided meditation

11:30am Farm and Cider tasting excursion, offsite* (dependent on interest, details TBD )

1:30pm Tie Dye, Lawn Games, and Swimming Hole

6:30pm Mediterranean family style dinner and bonfire (s’more included!)

9pm Night Moves @ Low House, introducing Night Moves by Mental NYC- an after dark gathering to promote vulnerability, connection, and joy through movement and meditation. The evening will begin with an open ended meditation posed as a question to guide your experience and will finish with a TIKI DISCO themed dance party.
