Move, Meditate & Connect
Mental Media is a virtual studio for your mental wellbeing! Creating space for our community to move, meditate, and stay connected! We will be live streaming our core offerings along with select new offerings featuring our community and special guests. During our initial beta testing period we will not be charging for access, however donations are accepted via Venmo @mental-nyc or via the donation button below. All proceeds will go to Mental NYC instructors to support programming efforts. Streaming Schedule
Mental Mornings is a 10 minute practice to start your day right -featuring a quick burst of movement followed by a guided meditation exercise.
Mental Movement is a 45 minute all bodyweight, high intensity interval workout that weaves in presence techniques and ends with a centering, guided meditation.
Mental Meditation is a 20 minute minute guided meditation accessible to all levels. We use mindfulness techniques and breath work to keep your mind focused on the here and now.
Night Moves is an after dark gathering to promote connection and joy through music and movement.
