The evening will kick off with our signature offering, Mental Movement. Mental Movement is a 45 min bodyweight, high intensity interval workout that weaves in presence techniques and ends with a centering, guided meditation. This workout was designed to challenge you while leaving you in a blissful, elevated state for the rest of the evening's activities.
